The 4 main components of Mindrop are:
- Breathwork – to calm the mind and nervous system, while raising levels of feel good hormones
- Music therapy – to help connect to our inner energy and vibration
- Meditation in movement – to align and stretch the body, reducing stress and tension
- Deep relaxation – to completely nourish and renew mind and body in stillness
By practising regular Mindrop techniques can help lead to improved mental and physical well-being, by reducing stress, promoting mind and body awareness, while also increasing creativity and productivity, both in and out of the work place, leading to a better work/life balance.
