Mindrop has been designed to promote well-being within the workplace in a group setting and in local communities, as well as individual one on one coaching.

A Mindrop class can consist of 2 to 50 people.

The 4 main components of Mindrop are:

  • Breathwork – to calm the mind and nervous system, while raising levels of feel good hormones
  • Music therapy – to help connect to our inner energy and vibration
  • Meditation in movement – to align and stretch the body, reducing stress and tension
  • Deep relaxation – to completely nourish and renew mind and body in stillness

By practising regular Mindrop techniques can help lead to improved mental and physical well-being, by reducing stress, promoting mind and body awareness, while also increasing creativity and productivity, both in and out of the work place, leading to a better work/life balance.

Mindrop founder Gina Hemmings has been in the health and well-being industry for over 18 years, as a qualified yoga/pilates teacher, personal trainer, beauty/massage therapist and meditation coach.
She previously was the owner of two health and beauty salons, one in London’s Kew Gardens and the other in The New Forest Hampshire, she also ran the health and well-being services for the Firmdale Hotel group, London.
In 2013 she sold her business and went to spend time in India to deepen her interest in Yoga and meditation, before moving to LA.
Gina work’s with private clients one on one, as-well as small groups offering them her Mindrop techniques, she was also fortunate to have worked with two of LA’s most popular meditation companies “Unplug meditation” and “InsightLA”

Gina created Mindrop out of her passion to help people gain more balance in both their working and personal lives.
By combining meditation through movement you are able to access the present moment awareness and stay more connected to your true self, which in turn leads to a happier and more fulfilled life.

When using Mindrop techniques as a tool to dropping inwards, this can lead to huge outward ramifications for your overall well-being.
