Mindrop has been designed to promote well-being in both your professional and personal life. Either within the workplace in a group setting, one on one virtual, or in person coaching, as well as smaller private classes.
A Mindrop class consists of breathwork, restorative yoga, music therapy, meditation and deep relaxation, with hands-on therapy. We use these tools to help us find a place where we can drop in to… so that we can get out of the noise in our head and become more present.
A class can consist of 2 to 50 people. One on one coaching can also be scheduled.
With the pace of life becoming more hectic and fast paced, it is important to stop and catch our breath by dropping into ourselves. This can help us gain a deeper sense of awareness and bring inner-calm and restore our equilibrium.
By practising regular Mindrop techniques can lead to improved mental and physical well-being, which in turn helps to promote creativity and productivity, both within and outside of the work place, for a better work/life balance.
