Mindrop has been designed to promote well-being within the workplace in a group setting, as well as offering one on one coaching to individuals and smaller groups in local communities.

About

A Mindrop class consists of breathwork, restorative yoga, music therapy, meditation and deep relaxation, with hands-on therapy. We use these tools to help us find a place where we can drop in to… so that we can get out of the noise in our head and become more present.

A class can consist of 2 to 50 people. One on one coaching can also be scheduled.

Connect inwards

With the pace of life becoming more hectic and fast paced, it is important to stop and catch our breath by dropping into ourselves. This can help us gain a deeper sense of awareness and bring inner-calm and restore our equilibrium.

By practising regular Mindrop techniques can lead to improved mental and physical well-being, which in turn helps to promote creativity and productivity, both within and outside of the work place, for a better work/life balance.

Breathwork - to calm the mind and nervous system while raising levels of feel good hormones
Music therapy - to help connect to our inner energy & vibration
Meditation in movement - to align & stretch the body reducing stress & tension
Deep relaxation - to completely nourish & renew mind and body in stillness
